CMC has been working with Cupar Heritage and Cupar Development Trust to produce a series of new panels for the historic centre of Cupar. These are linked by QR-Codes to a website hosted by CMC which provides appropriate landing pages before linking with relevant local information.
New interpretation panel at the Mercat Cross attracts attention
Funding for the initiative came via Fife Council who also supported the installation. The project has been a real community effort with Cupar Heritage developing the content. They used CMC Flow to continue to build a significant local digital library
New ‘arrival’ panel at Bonnygate Car-park welcomed
Cupar Development Trust held the purse strings and worked with CMC to gain the necessary planning permissions.

A new interpretive map of Cupar was produced by CMC with significant input from the local community. This digital vector map is now available for the local projects to adopt and adapt. A new walking tour is already planned.
