Zetland Park in Grangemouth has just had its Grand Re-opening! CMC has enjoyed working closely with the Zetland Park team and the wider community in Grangemouth.
The transformation of Zetland Park into a super active community resource has been a remarkable process and achievement that we were proud to be a part of. CMC were responsible for various elements of interpretation including the panels and detailing of the rails at the wildlife dipping pond and the talking tree trail. We also created an audio dramatisation for the Charlotte Dundas – now a central feature of the children’s play area.
Perhaps the most fun though was working with various community groups, young and old, to build up video and audio recordings of the community’s engagement with the project and history of the area. No mean task during the Covid lockdowns but we got there – with innovative online interviews and other technology solutions deployed by all.
